Girls this generation are highly vulnerable to many forms of abuse, says Police Community Relations chief PSUPT MA. ELMA BARITUA DELOS SANTOS. This why the law makers and the government passed the law on Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC). Women and children, however can avoid giving abuse opportunity in modest conduct in private and in public particularly from strangers. They should immediately avoid engaging strangers in public places or anywhere else to protect themselves. Avoiding contact from them even in groups can lessen abuse incident concludes, PSUPT DELOS SANTOS.
