ORMOCS’ ONE MOST WANTED FALLS
Ormoc City Police Office, September 17, 2013 -
By virtue of arrest warrant under Criminal Case No. 7757-0 for the crime of Murder without bail issued by Hon. Apolinario M. Buaya, presiding judge, RTC, Branch 35, Ormoc City, 8th Judicial Region, one (1) Galiciano Seceiban y Tero, 62 yrs old, married, jobless and resident of Brgy Nueva Sociedad, Ormoc City was by arrested by elements of Ormoc City Police Office Station 3 (OCPS3) led by PCInsp Edgardo Agravante Encina together with PSInsp Harris Pedrera Rebato in Camella Homes, Brgy. Tambulilid, this City, Monday September 16, 2013.
The suspect is reportedly numbered one of the five (5) Most Wanted Person (MWP) in Ormoc City Police Office Station level.
When reported he was hanging around the City, police immediately placed him under surveillance and identified as the one warranted and most wanted in the police record of the station, OCPS3 personnel immediately executed his arrest, Monday.
Suspect is now inside OCPS3 lock-up cell for documentation and turn-over to the proper Court jurisdiction.
